Hemp seed oil for skin has numerous nutritional benefits. Hemp Seed Oil has topical benefits that aid in moisturizing and cleaning the skin. Hemp oil maybe helpful in the treatment for certain skin aliments. The oil may aid in releif for acne, psoriasis, dermatitis and eczema . As a cleanser, rub a few drops of the oil into the skin so it can lock onto dirt and skin debris. Use a warm washcloth to cover you face. It will help open up the skin pores so the oil can flush out the excess sebum oil, dead skin cells and dirt. After a couple of minutes or more use the "clean side" of the washcloth to wipe off the dirty oil . The hemp seed oil will also moisturize during claening process . Howerver, you can still rub in a little more hemp seed oil if you desire after cleansing .
